Terms and Conditions – 12qq Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services offered by the platform 12qq, accessible at 12qq.best. The relationship between 12qq and the user is governed exclusively by this document, the Privacy Policy, and any specific promotional rules published on the platform.

Using the platform — whether to create an account, make a deposit, place a bet, play any casino game, or access any available feature — constitutes full and automatic acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any clause herein, you must immediately stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

A 12qq reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Registration and User Account

To use the services of 12qq, you need to create a user account. Registration is free and can be completed directly on the platform by filling in the required fields with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.

By registering, the user declares that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a resident of Brazil and are using the platform within Brazilian territory;
• Are not prohibited by law or court order from participating in betting and gambling activities;
• All information provided during registration is truthful and corresponds to your real identity;
• Does not have another active account on the platform 12qq.

Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances held for compliance review. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential and for the security of the device you use to access the platform.

A 12qq may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register any user without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of the platform's rules.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

A 12qq follows identity verification procedures — known in the industry as KYC (Know Your Customer) — to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and money laundering, and protect platform users.

Verification may be requested at any time, particularly in the following situations:

• At the time of the first withdrawal, or when the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds;
• When there is a discrepancy between the account details and the banking information used for a deposit or withdrawal;
• In cases of suspected account misuse or fraudulent activity;
• To confirm eligibility for platform-specific promotions.

Documents that may be requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address issued within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used. All documents are treated as confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy of 12qq and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

While the verification process is underway, the 12qq may temporarily suspend withdrawals from the account in question. Users who refuse to provide the requested documents may have their account closed following an internal review.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

A 12qq accepts the following payment methods in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix — instant deposits and withdrawals, 24 hours a day, including holidays;
• Boleto bancário — settlement period of up to one business day;
• Credit and debit card — from the major card networks accepted in Brazil;
• Mercado Pago and PicPay — via digital wallets;
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other participating institutions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. There are no withdrawal fees for transactions within the platform's standard limits. Pix is the recommended method by 12qq for the combination of speed and convenience — Pix withdrawals are processed within minutes of the request.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made under the same account holder name registered on the platform. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Withdrawals will be directed exclusively to the same method and account holder used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.

A 12qq may request additional verification for withdrawals above certain amounts, in accordance with the KYC procedures described in the previous clause. The withdrawal processing time may be extended during security reviews, with the user always being notified.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on 12qq are considered valid at the moment they are confirmed by the system, at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, provided the event has not yet started or, in the case of live bets, that the specific market is still open.

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting on the platform:

• Bets cancelled due to a system error or odds inconsistency are voided and the amount returned to your balance;
• Postponed events will be settled according to the specific policy for each sport, as described in the detailed rules for each discipline;
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum required regulation period, bets on the final outcome are refunded; markets that had already been settled remain valid;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of registration — whether due to a transmission error or any other reason — are considered void;
• Cash out — early settlement of a bet — is available on selected markets, and the value offered may vary depending on how the event unfolds in real time.

A 12qq covers more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga Masculina e Feminina, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA and UFC, e-sports, and many more. 6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rollover

A 12qq offers a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00, equal to 100% of the value of the first deposit made on the platform. To activate the bonus, the minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via any accepted payment method.

The welcome bonus is subject to the following conditions:

• The bonus amount is credited as bonus balance, kept separate from your real-money balance;
• To convert bonus balance into real balance — and therefore make it available for withdrawal — you must meet the rollover requirement set out in the promotion active at the time of deposit;
• The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is defined in the specific conditions of the current promotion and may vary depending on the offer at the time;
• The bonus has an expiration date. If the rollover is not completed within the set timeframe, any remaining bonus balance is automatically cancelled;
• Bets placed on events with very low odds may not contribute in full toward meeting the rollover requirement — specific conditions are detailed in each promotion's terms.

Additional promotions — weekly reloads, cashback, free bets, and tournaments — have their own rules published on the promotions page of the 12qq at the time of its launch. The 12qq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.

Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses is strictly prohibited. Users found doing so will have their accounts closed and their balances — including any winnings generated from bonuses — withheld for review.

7. Casino Games and Crash Games

A 12qq offers live casino games, slots, crash games (including Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and Zeppelin), and other titles from top-tier developers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and SmartSoft. All games available on the platform undergo regular RTP audits and use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent bodies.

The following rules apply to all casino games and crash games on 12qq:

• The outcome of each round is determined exclusively by the certified RNG, with no possibility of manipulation by the platform or the user;

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Use

Use of the platform 12qq must be conducted lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following actions are expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the verification process;
• Using arbitrage betting techniques, exploiting odds errors, or any form of manipulation of the platform's systems;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any automation software to place bets or play games;
• Attempting to launder money or carry out any other illicit financial activity through the platform;
• Share your account with third parties or allow another person to use your login credentials;
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting the support team or other users on the platform.

A 12qq continuously monitors platform activity to detect suspicious behavior. Users who violate these rules may have their accounts suspended or closed without prior notice, with balances held for internal forensic review and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

A 12qq believes that healthy entertainment is sustainable entertainment. That's why the platform offers responsible gaming tools that allow users to stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limit: set maximum deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis;
• Time limit: set alerts when a gaming session exceeds the time limit you defined;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close the account at any time, with a permanent block on re-registration.

11. Limitation of Liability

A 12qq is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical failures;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Real-time odds fluctuations that occur between bet selection and system confirmation, within normal market parameters;
• Losses on bets or games resulting from the user's own voluntary decisions;
• User-side internet connection failures that prevent cash out or the placement of live bets.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of 12qq to a user for any cause shall not exceed the amount of the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law.

12. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

A 12qq reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes — those that directly affect users' rights or the conditions of use of the platform — will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email or in-platform notification.

Minor changes — such as text corrections, updated contact information, or formatting adjustments — may be made without prior notice. The last updated date shown at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version of the document.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with the changes must stop using the platform and request account closure through support before the changes take effect.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform 12qq that cannot be resolved amicably through support will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.

A 12qq operates in compliance with Brazilian legislation applicable to the sports betting and online gaming market, including regulations in force at the time the user accesses the platform.
